Functioning Of 19 Lions Company To Local People

The lion club international is a club that was founded on 7th June 1917 in Chicago Illinois cutesy of Lion Melvin Jones. The mission of the club is expressed in their motto which is, we serve and the slogan of that club being, 19 Lions Liberty Intelligence Our National Safety which consist of 53 lions and 5 lionesses and approximately 1.4 million members in their branches across the state.

The club has some official colors which have different representations having purple to represent loyalty and integrity, gold to represent sincerity, liberality, purity as well as generosity. The entity is open for membership for individuals who are of legal majority and have good reputation in the community who have to be invited before becoming members. Interested members are required to contact their local club.

Club Excellence process is a workshop related to that club that aims at improving the functioning of that club. All the clubs that participate in the workshop are guided by facilitator for the four hours of each four step. The members of our club in attendance through the guidance of that facilitator are needed to complete the assignments of our workshop with him being responsible to decide on the time which the club members should take to hold the workshop. The assignment is based on reasons that lead to a good club and how to decide the needs of a company and finally the steps to be taken by the company to improve it.

A number of laws and constitution are set to govern the company. They govern the name and territorial limits of that club, the objects of multiple district, the officers of our club, the multiple district council of governors the conventions and the finances of the company. The focus of laws and the constitution is to treat all the members equally and for proper functioning of it.

The faculty of this club can be developed through a number of ways: creating club branches, club membership committees, club planning sessions, developing and retaining members. Holding club meetings that prove to be effective will also contribute to the institutions development as well as keeping the organization involved and focusing on the growth of this club.

The main focus of this club is the sight programs, hearing programs, diabetes programs and programs involving the youth. In managing the sight program the institution has developed The Northwest Lions Eyeglass recycling center to focus on the program which has managed to be the leading center in eye care and corneal transplants across the world. There are three programs for the older adults and are planning on starting a program for school-age children so as to make vision a health priority.

The hearing aid program and the all country hearing program are the two major programs dealing with hearing restoration. Hearing aid program provide hearing aid for the individuals with no ability to buy while all state hearing program is the specific provider in western Washington that participate in the program. Other services that aim at supporting the community financially and provide additional health care are also supported.

Patients with diabetes as well the youths are also considered and have separate programs to look into their welfare and support them in their different situations. The diabetes program provide medical equipment that aim at providing better health care for these patients.The youth program provide mentor ship for youth members with the aim of bringing up useful youths in the society.
