In 1960s reggae music was born. It is one of the many genres that exist in the current world and which has tried to maintain its beats and tempo without much alternation. It was first brought about by artists such as Jimmy Cliff and Bob Marley. Over the years, various artists made a point to make sure this genre caught on. Many artists have come up from all over the world to engage in the genre and singing. Most of them are very good at reggae fusion.

He did both dancehall and reggae, but he eventually settled on doing popular music. He started a recording studio in 2012.

Etana is one of the most renowned women in popular music. Her name translates to the strong one. She is of a Swahili origin. Jamaica came up with Rastafarian principles which stated to that women were to be respected. Her style is more of a mix of jazz, RnB, popular music and other genres to spread a positive message across.

Tarrus Riley is the son of Jimmy Riley who was a popular music legend and the founder of the such music. How was born in the Bronx in 1979 and started his music career as a teenager. After he released an album known as challenges back in the year 2004. He is currently in the music scene with very high profile performances in relation to the current singers. He is one of the house hold names in the industry.

The famous chronicles are the father of the now famous chronic. His actual name is Jamar Ronaldo Mcnaughton. He was born in the year 1992. He started his singing career while he was still in his teenage years. After a while, he was called to record tracks for other popular artists such as Konshens and even Munga honorable.
