A blood pressure that's always higher than 120/80 mmHg is not good for your health because so many complications can show up as a result of it.

It controls anxiety. Having lots of anxious thoughts all the time can keep you from having a normal day. It can also leave your body stressed as it can constantly keep your heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure high. Fortunately, there are so many things that you can do to deal with anxiety, and one of those is listening to harp music.

It fends off muscle tension. Being stressed all the time can cause the muscles to become tensed. Such can leave you experiencing all sorts of aches and pains. It's not really a good idea to deal with the problem by constantly taking painkilling drugs. It's no secret that a lot of painkilling drugs may cause side effects, and some of them may also come with health risks. Oftentimes, something as simple as relaxing is enough to relax those tensed muscles.
