How to Host a Perfect Cocktail Party

When time passes, the ways for party planning may change because of customs and prevalent tastes at party have diversified but the aspiration to host an unforgettable party remains.

If you plan to arrange a notable cocktail party, below are some tips to keep in mind:

1. Brainstorm for a great cocktail party theme that can produce a cheerful, cordial and welcoming atmosphere. Be very selective to the cocktail that best match your theme party such as Martini or Margarita for fancy dinner party theme and Whiskey Sour or Tequila Sunrise for barbecue cocktail party.

2. Do not forget about the person who will help you make and serve cocktail drinks to your guests and be assuring to contact them and book the service in advance.

3. Make a decision on choosing the right glass for your cocktail party and be assuring that you have enough number and be ready to use for your guests. Don't forget to spare some amount of your glasses in case it may be break by accident.

4. Do not forget to take care your non-alcoholic guests by provide non-alcoholic cocktail options of soft drinks and water.

5. Push your guests to blend in with the crowd by not provide too many chairs in your party venue but do not forget about the one who are disabled, you must give them the best care, don't let them feel lonely, applying adjustment as necessary.

6. Use only good quality spirits and mixers with special recipes in concocting your drinks so that your guests will absolutely be pleased with non-overly strong drinks.

7. Arrange some containers with plastic bag inside for bits and pieces of garbage, make sure that it situated far from food and drinks.

8. Prepare your coffee maker to be ready in place with some sugar, creamer and cups for guests who need coffee. And also unfasten a few bottles of wine and put back the cork stoppers partially, so your guests can easily open it and get wine to drink by themselves.

9. A drink in an empty stomach is little dangerous, so you should prepare to serve some foods and snack as well. Keep in mind to not serve the highly flavored and oily foods as it will just make your guests thirstier.

10. Some guests may want to stay overnight, so be sure to arrange necessary arrangements for them. You can also close your cocktail bar when it close to the time to finish your party while still giving out foods, waters and coffee.
