Listening To These Sounds Can Improve Your Life

By Charlie Jonn

The effects of sound and music on the human mind and body are profound and well documented. Many mind-body programs include music as a technique to activate the body's natural powers. But what kind of music is best to listen to? Don't worry. I'll share with you my experience on this topic and show that you can really change your life with the amazing power of sound.

There is a lot we do not know about music and its effect on the body, but we do know some of the mechanisms by which sound helps in changing lives. It reduces levels of stress hormones such as adrenaline. It has a calming effect on the limbic system, a group of structures within the brain that regulates emotions.

I personally have listened to two kinds of music: classical music and the Solfeggio harmonics. They have literally changed my whole life and helped to become a happy man. First, I'll tell you about classical music. Later, you will learn what the Solfeggio music is and how to use it in your daily life.

I have always liked classical music, because of its reassuring and very calming effect on me. My each day began by playing and listening to my favorite compositions. The sounds very soon became my most enjoyable part of the day. They were soothing and very relaxing. Many times I listened to the same tracks!

My life slowly started to change and I decided to get the most of music. Studying history of sound, I discovered the so called Solfeggio frequencies, which are sound frequencies reputed to induce mental and physical harmony for those who perform or listen to them. There are six basic frequencies each endowed with certain powers and effects. Solfeggio music has taken me to other dimensions of my being. It has increased my creativity level, consolidated my memory and even helped to remove insomnia.

These days I listen only to the Solfeggio harmonics. They really have changed and improved my life in almost every aspect. And I hope this music will also help you to become what you want to be.
